- Well receive, process, confirm and update the systerm - Updating prices, allotment, room availability on online system (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Ctrip, Traveloka,...). Processing booking, responding to assessment messages / comments from guests - Compare prices, track booking invoices, payment and recover debts - Well plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget - Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans - Negotiate all terms & conditions; series / charter rate; allotment and prepare cooperation contract for hotel as well - Assist in the planning and implementation of promotions and packages - Fanpage management; banner design; update: promotion, local event/ festival... on fanpage. Respond to customer reviews - Manage accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions - Handle all facets of the hotel - Well set up and maintain good working relationship with potential partners such as: travel agents, corporate accounts, tour operators, MICE, and general businessman - Well-knowledge and strive for the achievement of assigned occupancy and revenue targets - Complete other tasks assigned by general manager
- Managing the contract of 2 sides: online and offline market on Vietnam - Asia Market and worldwide. - The successful design & demo quickly, easily, friendly extranet for online cooperation hotel. It is being used until the present and received the high appreciation from partner. - Recruitment, training new employee. - Managing and training all of teams such as: customer service, air & entertainment tickets, tour, hotel cooperation as well. - Invitation sponsor to key hotel and key location. - Well flexible design the attractive promotion program to customer on weekly - monthly - seasonally for guarantee the different and competitive on the market. - Closely working and directly dealing with the partner about services, prices, promotions, terms & conditions in the contract. Directly processing about arising problems of the customers. - Regularly taking part in Site Inspection at the Hotels and Resorts. - Organize and store paperwork and documents. - Well planning for contract team and other departments. Arranging travel and accommodation to staff (if required) - Preparing monthly reports of contract team to submit to Director of Sales.
- Managing the contract on Vietnam market and some Asia markets such as: Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia… - Working closely and dealing directly with the hotel about the rate - promotion and the terms & conditions in the contract. - Well understanding and uploading the rate, terms & conditions and promotion on the Online system. - Preparing monthly reports to submit to DOS. - Other administrative duties as required by DOS.
