Short-term technical services and pre-opening consultancy agreement. As member of the senior executive management team, was in charge of technical services and pre-opening of two luxury integrated resort properties, part of the overall 260 million US$ FLC Sam Son Beach & Golf Resort development in Thanh Hoa, including the 4 star À La Carte Sam Son Resort (now FLC Luxury Hotel) with 355 villas, bungalows and hotel suites, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, spa landscape with beauty center, massage, pools, saunas, fitness etc.; the 5 star Fusion Resort Sam Son (now FLC Luxury Resort) with 70 villas, bungalows and suites, 1 restaurant, 2 bars, all-inclusive spa with beauty center, massage, saunas, wellness, fitness etc.; a Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course, conference center, amusement park and other facilities. Main duties and responsibilities were to review and revise the pre-opening master schedule and critical path, draft pre-opening budgets, review architectural planning and design, plan and prepare human resources, review manning guide, develop job specifications and descriptions, standard operating procedures, operational manuals and handbooks, plan and conduct recruitment and training (800+ associates, from senior executive to rank and file level), participate in testing, commissioning and handover of property to owners and management, and various other tasks. Worked with owners, operators, project managers, architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Led a team of 4 foreign project managers and local senior consultants. Reason for leaving: end of contract.

As chief executive officer, leading a team of 7 full-time and 26 permanent freelance foreign and local experts on senior consultant and director level. Operating offices in Hanoi, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Vientiane.
