*** BRAND IDENTITY & OFFLINE MARKETING: _ Be responsible for internal marketing channel in hospital such as bulletin boards, instruction boards, posters, standees, bill board, LCD promotional videos, etc. Optimize the transmission of healthcare information and key messages from hospital into clients. Ensure a professional image and informative environment. _Be in charge of out-of-home advertising including bus ads and airport ads. _Keep track of marketing collateral. _Keep track of trading activation in hospital from commercial brands (such as Huggies, Neslte, etc.) ***SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE MARKETING: _Administer official fan page including creating content, promotional posts, update and share continuously medical knowledge and information dedicated to all clients and patients. _Cooperate with doctors to update medical report from highlight and successful operation cases. _Optimize online traffic into fan page, keep increasing followers by minimizing Facebook ads fees. _Administer & update official website _SMS Branding ***EVENT ORGANIZING: Get involved in organizing the regular healthcare clubs and events (weekly) to update medical information for patients as well as introduce main specialities, new services and key doctors of hospital. Ensure the target audience to achieve sales revenue and widen the reputation. ***BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: _Write Business plans assigned by Director of Administration to launch every new promotional campaigns and purchase new medical machines and equipment invested from Tam Tri Group.
+ SALES: Design and tailor-made travel itineraries for both direct clients and travel agents. Specialized in Adventure – Luxury tours in Southeast Asia (Inbound market) + Responsible for Branding/Marketing activities and team administration + Establish new brochures and selling prices for TA and Oversea direct clients + Have proficiency in making quotations and creating bookings in TourPlan system + Cooperate with local agents, hotels and tour desks to promote special cycling day trips of INDOTREK + Coordinate with Operation team to solve issues on ground where required + Negotiate with suppliers and regional partners relating to new products, agreements, inspections, etc.
+ Establish printing brochures and production for 6 destinations: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) and South Korea by english and french + Proficient in making quotations by using Tourplan system + Establish selling prices for TO/TA/Direct and Oversea clients + Coordinate frequently with Country Managers to update existing programs and create new tours/modules/excursions + Handle specific requests for Sales Department + Get involved in organizing FAM Trips
+ Marketing: Write Creative Brief for Etihad booklet ; manage marketing collateral , Europe costumes for Road Show visit ; organize internal & networking events , etc. + Sales: Be in charge of Tier Matching campaign for EuroCham members and clients of Etihad Airways in Vietnam as well as following up with the guests concerning the online registration and the process of Tier Matching program. + Office administration : translate Internal Labour Rules from English to Vietnamese promulgated by Headquater office in Abu Dhabi.
