- Hosting of guests, understand and attend to their needs, and gather feedback to ensure hospitality and service excellence. - Maintain and strengthen guest relationships via telemarketing and organization of in-house activities. - Keep abreast of all in-house programs, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests. - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards. - 50% of duties relating to hotel site : use Opera system to do the following tasks : reservation, room booking, check-in, monitor payment, utilize voucher, extract reports, etc. - Coordinate with F&B departments to arrange guest’s requests : menu, seats, special requirements, etc. - Support the team to achieve the designated region performance. - Ensure accuracy and time delivery of all reports.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the company to staff; - Oversee customers and employees in assigned area; - Respond to customer disputes; - Play active role in training and development of personnel; - Assumes duties of Shift Manager in his / her absence.
- Take care of guest and handle complaints daily; - Work with travel agents, check booking and payment accordingly; - Make working schedule for staff and monitor their compliances; - Co-work with internal departments, such as : sales, accountant, finance, security... to make sure all documents, receipts are correct; - Conduct training courses for staff in order to maintain their awareness of customer service; - At the end of the day, prepare some reports and send them to relevant department / person
Oversee the operation of Front Office and Cashier as well, including the following duties, but not limited : - Supervise staff and arrange working schedule for them (day off, annual leave); - Check the booking from guests on the popular website : Agoda, booking.com, etc - Deeply understand all functions of Front Office department : check daily guest, arrange transportation for pick-up and drop-off , register residence with local authority, handle incoming and outcoming calls; - Knowledgeable about Smile system to booking, checking and extract reports - Make regulated reports (daily guest, cash, booking) and other documents for BOD (board of director)
- Monitor employees, make sure (that) they follow company's procedure and policy; - Do update and other report duties as required; - Handle the complaint from guest
- Provide guest with memorable holidays on cruise by satisfying their demand on accomodation, food, drink, entertainment, etc. - Regular supervisor duties : monitor staff, guide junior ones. - Make schedule for staff and other assigned duties by managers;
