Make check-in and check-out procedures on the system. Receive and coordinate handling requests from guests directly at reception or on phone. Handle phone reservations, confirm previously-made reservations, give directions to the resort and answer any questions customers have about the lodgings and services. Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person. Sell rooms for direct guest (walk-in guest). Provide information regarding products or services of the resort to guest Provide information for other departments about the status of guests to serve (guests in and out, VIP guests ...)
