- Managing, controlling about working shift of store staffs, and guiding store staffs to operate Duty Free shop running well. Assigning the task to sale staffs and cashier in order to be suitable with everybody and push their spirit up to high as well as encourage them to work productively. - Making purchase order (PO), controlling order to make sure that the stores always have commodities to push sale and avoid being out of stock. - Controlling, training, guiding the staffs about displaying product, price tag, POP, etc., according to supplier and brand policy and guidance. - Collecting customer feedback, trending, marketing to report to BOD in order to acknowledge deeply about customer trend and behavior to push sale as much as possible. - Making daily, weekly and monthly report about turnover, commodities, cash follow, flight, passenger number to report to BOD. Having meeting with BOD to give suggestion and information about seasonal campaign, promotion and testing about liquor, cosmetic, confectionery and tobacco. - Working with supplier and famous brand such as Japan Tobacco (JTi), British American Tobacco (BAT), Philip Morris (P&M) tobacco, Chivas, Ballantine’s, Glenfiddich, etc., liquor to make PO and display commodities based on brand’ request. - Training store staffs about information of product, contacting with supplier about new product and promotion to make sure that every store staffs understand what they purchase and care the customer as well as possible. - Translating and interpreting all documents and training courses for company. - Solving the customer claim about product and feedback about customer service to BOD as well as arising matters when working.
