+ Introduce and sell Cruise to partners. + Implement company's marketing activities and promotion to maximize sales volume. + Research, build and keep good relationship with partners. + Working via e-mail, telephone, skype, zalo, whatsapp ... & sending booking confirmation by e-mail. + Taking feed back from Cruise as well from partners & solving complaint of guest may happened after finishing their trip. + Take care & help guest or partners if they have any assistance. + Creating and sending contract, quotations. + Co-operating with the operation and accounting department to follow up before & after tour programs and ensure the successful completion of the tour program created. + Provide attentive, friendly and effective customer service to all internal & external customers in an accurate an timely manner. + Participate fully as a sale team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client including selling addtional products. + Submit sale report and revenue report monthly basis to manager. + Carry out other tasks assigned by manager. + Always improve service & remaining well the image of Company.
+ Sell the hotel products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques. + Promote hotel products and services. + Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. + Record and process reservation through online (OTA), e-mail, telephone, private booking, company & travel agent. + Receiving amendment, cancellation and carry out the cancellation penalty base on hotel policy. + Record special arrangements for all reservation. + Maintain awareness of special rate, offers & promotions. + Follow the procedure of reservation and make sure exactly full information of reservation then posting in the system as wel inform concerning department to welcome & serve guest if have any special. + Update and knowing about all hotel service and promotion program to introduce clients. + Guarantee VIP's booking, frequece guest, return guest who will be arranged well as their normal requirement. + Flexible when receiving booking & control room forecast carefully in order to maximize room revenue, close black out date. + Ensure accuracy of guest history and client profiles in Data Base. + Answering all requests from guest via telephone, website, e-mail... + Keep close contact with Front office and accounting to complete the payment. + To work with a sales focused attitude and be aware of sales opportunities within the hotel, which will assist, with the maximization of revenue. + To maximize all revenue opportunities through all channels. + Using knowledge of the hotels, its features, benefits and surroundings in order to be able to effectively advise guests on additional products and services. + Monitor reservation levels and inform DOS of current and future occupancy rates. + Resolve queries from other departments regarding chargeback authorities and paymasters. + Follow other work assignments from DOS. + Make "Daily pick up report" & sending to Board of hotel management at the end of the day
