• Schedule and coordinate the work of bartender and other waiters to ensure the fruits, drinks, beers, wine... preparation is technically correct and within the budget. • Ensure the high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained in bar tables at all times. • Evaluate drinks products to ensure the quality standards are consistently attained. • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on drinks quality, presentation and service levels. If any problems arise, actively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. • Liaise with F&B team to ensure drinks production consistently meets or exceeds the expectation of guests. • Checks banquet rooms, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the function. • Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests, to perceive when next course should begin, or when meal is completed. • Supervises and trains staff in the service of food and beverages according to standards.
