- Create all the required content of all ANLAN's brands in nightlife field (Alley50 Saigon - Ultra Lounge) and restaurant field (Mắm Concept, Hội An Garden, Hội An Market), ensure all content is on-brand, and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality. - Oversee the production of all marketing collaterals, including social media accounts, website content, SMS marketing, email marketing, media advertising spots, printed documents,... - Collaborate with Marketing Manager to plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns. - Undertake detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met. - Monitoring ongoing campaign expenses against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. - Producing an accurate report of total spend and performance at the end of a marketing campaign. - Assist in conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. - Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
Content tasks: - Come up with ideas, build the weekly/monthly content plan and content schedule. - Create all the required content of all EMG's brands in nightlife field (SKYXX - Garden & Lounge, OR Club) and restaurant field (LAI - Cantonese Restaurant, TOWA - Japanese Restaurant, PRIMEXXI - Steak & Seafood, SÔNG - Seafood & Grill, MISTER LAI - Dim Sum & Roast), and ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality. - Responsible for all brand content across all platforms including social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram), website/ landing page, email marketing, SMS marketing, review channels (Foody, TripAdvisor), POSM,... - Develop content marketing campaigns that drive traffic, improves customer engagement, leads, and sales. - Making sure content marketing campaigns meets the objectives while remaining within budget. - Measure the results of content marketing campaigns. Marketing tasks: - Assist in brainstorming, creating and developing marketing campaigns which support and extend marketing initiatives. - Maintain the brand presence (visual/copy) on all platform - Produce the photo shooting (food/beverage/ambiance) to accomplish marketing collaterals. - Prepare design brief and follow up design progress to make sure having marketing collaterals on time. PR tasks: - Liaise and work directly with KOLs, food bloggers, the press,... to promote assigned brands. - Work in conjunction with external PR agencies. - Write press releases, distribute them to the media, and ensure it fit EMG’s brands and relay the appropriate message. - Monitor media coverage and report results.
