Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operaations
Build up strategies and seeking new business in the market Contribute business development and service improvement ideas Maintain good relationship with clients Take care of clients’ inquiries and queries on phone or in place Be in charge of clients’ connection procedures, information handling procedures Supervise and follow up with parties, support clients before, during and after parties Follow up with contract payment, liaise with accounting department in evicting debts
