o Ensure production, preparation and presentation are of the highest quality at all time o Aware of menu items, their recipes, method of productions and presentation standards. o Able to estimate daily production needs and checking quality of cooked and raw food to ensure standards are met. o Have knowledge of hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils and report of any issues arising. o Organize, check expire date and proper storage of food items in the section. o Maintain effective working relationship at workplace.
o Prepare food in bulk for event & functions such as weddings, meetings, conferences, ASB Classic tennis tournament, Women Hockey World League Final… o Cook staff meals o Collaborate and provide support other sections
