• Arrange internal and external meeting; take minutes and distribute to participants • Welcome and host GM's guests • Assist GM in recruitment process. InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort Human Resources Secretary • Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. • Receive inquiries, comments from other colleagues related to HR and transfer to the person in charge for processing. Answer questions and act as liaison between the Human Resources Manager and employees, should the Human Resources Manager be unavailable. • Schedule appointments for the Human Resources Manager, as may be required from time to time. • Act as the Human Resources Secretary by greeting visitors to the Human Resources Office. • Perform private/confidential secretarial filing for the Human Resources Office. • Fill the data and maintain the HR database of employee information. • Prepare, correlate and monitor payment requisitions and signatures for same • Prepare and process purchase orders for human resources. • Organize and compile materials for new employee orientation (prepare name badges and some documents, instruct newcomers to fill in the required form, check required documents) • Assist in preparation of contract drafts and revisions and maintain master template for all contract formats.
