CSR Auditor: - SEHC suppliers’ compliance auditor on HR subjects: ensured SEHC’s vendors comply with labor local law & EICC/RBA operation guideline. Included: conducting audit assessment, training, consulting and processing penalties in term of violation. - Hotline operation member to maintain legal benefit for both SEHC’s employees and it vendors. Employee relations: - Manage Samsung Global Employee Relations program - Follow up & Track over all HR indicators (Competency & KPIs) to ensure secured process. - Run association clubs & manage maternity program. - Researched on employee concerns through available channels. - Exist & termination interviews. - Monitoring employees’ violations. - New hires training on subject’s corporate culture, compliance and benefit. - Quarterly internal HR training trainer on topics improving soft-skill & awareness. - Advise management and employees on disciplinary actions, performance problems, productivity, and other issues to resolve disputes. - Events management & communication program included: internal events, subsidiaries events at SEHC, welcoming & providing factory introduction to all guests, press release, GWP and so on.
