I started this job with no experience but hope to be trained from talents. However, I myself built a SOP for my team and led them til I switched to other target in my career. Before I left the team, I’ve done my aim to get the most reviews in FO team on TripAdvisor and other websites with my name (Thanh) on it, I also got the best record of transportation ever in the year 2018. Guest satisfication is my priority but hotel revenue is my purpose. FOA is my recent position and it was an amazing challenge. I gained skills of a Receptionist for 4 months and Reservation for 2 months. I learned how to control FIT/TA booking since it’ve been created till release day thank to my time in Res team. In the other hand, I quickly improved my leadership ability when I was working with team at Front desk.
