Planning and budgeting to reflect the company and the group hotel’s goals and objectives. - Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in internal information and sales leads. - Develop sales effort organization, such as sales blitzes; partnership in excellence to solicit appropriate business which achieves the goals and objective of the hotel. - Conduct market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business. - Ensure that individual sales manager’s goals are set and monitored as well as ensure performance as monthly basis. - Analyze the sales results and recommend appropriate solutions to improve or solves the problems. - Furnish sales monthly reports on tine. - Achieve budgeted room night quotas and average room rate set out in the annual business plan for the hotel. - Performs other duties as assigned.
