Follow up manning guide, organization chart, update and get information to process in recruiting, finishing contract to ensure HR for operating and assist on recruiting, interviewing new staff Monitor and adjust roster weekly, monthly to ensure operation, make the monthly timesheet, update on the system Implement all the tasks relevant to the HR as assessment, new recruitment, resigning, transferring Gather, handle and submit staff’s document as: leave and clearance form, warning, insurance, bank… Handle and assist to deal all issues of staff raising every day as well as assist to coordinate operating Doing tasks on Smile FO, Purchase system, opening PR, store requisition Assist on making department finance plan, follow up revenue Do proposal, solution to reach revenue target Correspondence, handle contact with relevant people, department and customers Arrange booking services and consultant for customers . Making training plan, report and list of staff joining in training classes Collect and supply the training material to supervisors, follow up the progress of new staff Handle and deal all problem raising in training process of staff Prepare, arrange schedule and make meeting report Edit, make newly, arrange and file all report, document which relevant to department operation Translate document, information on email, viber groups. Administer all the jobs in office as phone, email, printing, report. Assign works as Manager’s request Support the outlets' work when necessary
Manage and monitor the process of teaching English at schools and center. Making and follow- up the foreign teachers and teaching assistants’ work record. Be connection between center and principle at schools. Teaching assistant. Support academic team and foreign teachers.
