- Answers incoming calls and places outgoing calls. Follow the telephone etiquette - Understands the telephone operator board and Alcatel Lucent Winpac V3 - Directs call to guest rooms, staff or departments through the switchboard or Alcatel system - Receives guest messages and deliver the same to guest - Receives wake up calls from the guests and set up in the Opera System - Records all important matters and follow up, writes down in the logbook and handle to the other shift - Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required - Be happy when answering to the guests when they ask about the hotel service or Vietnam - Monitors and controls stationery in Front Office , take order in need ( in MC system) - Makes report when attending the meeting from Monday to Friday and send to Hotel Management - Makes schedule of Front Office staffs every week in Smile system, make meal report then send to Human Resource - Helps receptionists to update guest’s profile , check in and check out process
