- Recruitment: o Make the recruitment plan, budget and candidate sources then assign recruiting tasks to HR staff. o Screening CVs and directly arrange the interview for senior positions (FOM, FBM, etc.) - Payroll and Insurance: o Monthly check the payment notice from Khanh Hoa Insurance department about the total insurance fee for the company o Guide staff how to use TS24 system on increase/decrease staff or staff benefits (maternity, sickness, etc.) o Manage team to pass the audit from Khanh Hoa Insurance department o Monthly check timesheet and payroll before sending to Finance & Accounting for processing. - Training: o Make basic training plan for the company (orientation, English, etc.) o Follow up training schedule from departments and remind departments to complete required training for staff - Other tasks: o Manage ADM and HR weekly and monthly tasks o Make weekly and daily reports related to HR to General Manager and owners. o Solve staff concerns and benefits (if yes)
