+ Perform check-in and check-out process according to hotel standards. + Coordinate with Housekeeping to make sure the room has been cleaned before guests check-in. + Introduce, advise guests to use the services of the hotel and provide necessary information for guests. + Answering customers' questions. If outside the scope of the settlement, transfer to the relevant department. + Declaring temporary residence for guests. + Supporting guests to book flights, trains, book a hotel in the next destination ... and confirm, change the schedule information when needed. + Night shift tasks: recording important information and requirements, transferring customer’s demands to notepaper and paste it in a conspicuous place; hand over furniture, deposit, a fund for receptionist of the next shift.
