I work as an assistant to my Sales Manager. My daily work tasks are supporting my manager to connect to our clients, colleagues and subordinates... I sell cleaning chemicals and equipments. I look for the new customer, connect and create the relationships with them, maintain and support what the customers needs and offer the solution plus closing the sales. I help my manager to lead the team, assist them to archive our target and help them to solve their issues. However, I'm looking for an opportunity to return back to the hospitality line as I feel belong.
- Working at the Front Desk according the Sheraton standards and instructions of management team. - Checking in/ welcome, checking out/farewell, make recommendations, advice and sell room with the other related services ( transportation, dining reservation, tours...) - Being accommodate & responsible to all requests and needs from customers with the courteous, friendly attitude, safe and efficient manner. - Dealing will all guest requests, taking own personal responsibility to ensure guest satisfaction. - Following the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of services is maintained.
