. Multiple's outlet services ( F&B outlet ) . Outlet Setup ( Banquet department , Pool & Beach ) (Soft - opening period) . Assist the Outlet Manager to achieve the monthly and annual target and the outlet’s revenue . Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented (According to Local Sequence Of Service ) . Handling customer's complain with professional manner . Customer Service ( In Room Dining , Butler's service , Pool and Beach service , ) . Daily inventory check according to Par Stock's level by Director of Restaurants & Director of F&B ( Inventory management ) . Document & paper work within department ( Office . Food and Beverage knowledge t raining ( eg: food tasting , wine tasting )
