• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Maintain the network with Clients by taking care of them frequently; • Set up sales calls with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns to implement the appropriate selling plan. • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services • Conduct frequent reviews and production reports to plan for the following period. • Negotiate and convert sales leads; handle complaints of Guests. • Collaborate with Operation team to transfer better service to Customers. • Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…)points • Conduct monthly property performance review for DOSM to develop strategic and tactical action
• Managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to Sales team. • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material; Preparing all documents needed for Sales (proposal, contract, liquidation contract, …) • Acting as Sales Executive when Sales person is absent, promote hotel services/products; Give after-sales support when requested • Assisting with reports for monthly, annually review and for meetings when required by Managers; • Utilized teamwork and communication ability when working with other departments • Follow up with team to clear all pending issues before deadlines; • Assist DOSM with reports, schedule management and other assigned tasks.
