▪ Consult, setup hotel and training staff ▪ Purchasing plan of amenities and facilities for hotel outlets ▪ HR budget ▪ Build hotel’s SoP and regulations ▪ Create job description for every department ▪ Build the sales strategy ▪ Manage hotel operation and develop the business. Create financial budget for whole year/ sales plan for whole year (submit to the investor to get improvement) ▪ always be updated to news of national and international hospitality industry and exploit the market in Vietnam and abroad. ▪ Supervise and take action to maximize hotel’s revenue, hotel occupancy. Always forecast the changes in market for different customer category and make a proper plan, develop other services to maximize revenue ▪ Boost the F&B profits by optimizing the restaurant space/ballroom and manage effectively the cost of food and beverage. ▪ Supervise the staff service to customers, clarify the best suitable solution to the guests complaints to ensure the 100% satisfaction
