Organizing and managing complex calendar schedules for Director Scheduling meetings and events in the company. Translate meeting and visit partners with Director. Translate contracts, documents for Director as appointed. Take personal care and build relationship to important people in authorities and government. Maintain VIP & VVIP contact list included people work in government, take care of VIP & VVIP seasonally. Excellent experience in booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as Visa's/welcome letters and managing expenses. Maintain Divisional organizational charts, phone distribution list and divisional logistic needs. Plan, coordinate and organize meetings and offsites; prepare agendas, coordinate all logistics, take meeting minutes. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Expected to work professionally with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs. Responsibilities include coordinating activities to ensure department goals are met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations.
Be the representatives of the company to answer and resolve questions and complaint about customer service, quality and other aspects related to the company. Assure all the problems are resolved as well as maintain a good relationship with customers. Supervises customer service representatives. Ensures that customer service representatives follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers. Uses social media to help promote the company’s products and services. Analysis and evaluates of any problems and maintains database of customers for following up. Developing new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences.
Search and evaluate suppliers (based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability). Be responsible for all purchasing activities including but not limited to marketing and projects. Be responsible for quotations, contracts, payments, goods quantity and quality check. Be responsible for internal/external reports if any. Manage the overall purchasing process not only in food and beverage process but also non-food in restaurants in order to run restaurant edequately. Make contracts thoroughly and control in-out flows and storage in ballance.
