➢Training staffs following SOP ➢Opening new 2 stores in District 10 ➢ Training on the brand and the expertise for staffs.Provides coaching, direction and support to co-workers concerning projects under responsibility ➢ Managing revenue in restaurant (Give the plan LSM for improve revenue in store , Training Staff in suggestive selling projects...) ➢Operating base 4 S Skill (Sales -Stock -Staff-Semi) ➢Managing and control operation costs in the restaurant (Control wastage / breakages in the store following targets., Controls restaurant expenses and keep it at a minimum based on targets (utilities & stationery..Focus control COS and COL in restaurant effectively ➢ Managing, follow up and take responsibility for inventory and equipment list of the department. ➢ Managing and control quality products in Restaurant (Ensure to implement 100% the restaurant’s standards on Food Safety and Hygiene at all times.) ➢Solving everythings about Service , Food and Beverage, etc in duty shift when customer have question ➢ Managing environment in restaurant (F&BSCE)
