Receptionist: • Perform check-in and check-out procedures • Sell rooms for walk-in guests, support in receiving bookings when needed. Upsell following guest’s budget to maximize revenue. • Take all information of customers via phone call, email. Welcome, take care and support guests during their stay as well as during check-in and check-out procedures. • Receive alarm requests of guests, to make lists and forward to staff on night shift. • Handle all complaints of guests with authority allowed Night auditor: • Re-check rate, bills, city ledger of all occupied rooms. • Run night audit, prepare departure and all bills needed. • Make daily reports relating to revenue, condition of guests and security. Cashier: • Hand over cashfloat in each shift. • Check cashier reports and folios for submitting to accountant.
