Organize working shifts, oversee the operations of Receptionist. Directly support cashiers in controlling debt of department. Directly handle all complaints of guest that are beyond competence of staff. Take care of guest during their stay as well as during check in and check out procedures. Work as a receptionist when needed.
- Procedures check-in and check out for guests . - Pay bills when guests check out , and combined with the Housekeeping department . - Resolving any questions, problems inside and outside the hotel guests . - Answer phone calls, Email and transfer calls to other departments. - Do other tasks as assigned by the manager.
