- Ensure smooth & efficient operation of the F&B department - Assist with staff hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling & evaluating - Schedule Roster and match manpower to bussiness demand - Planning Menu and marketing, setting targets for F&B outlet - Oversee the cost & operation of F&B department - Solve customer problems - Maintain inventory control , utensils and serving-ware - Perform other job related duties as assigned by F&B Manager

+ Prepare tools to work in shifts. + Perform service process. - Assist Hostess by greeting, seating guest. - Take orders from guests for Food & Beverages. - Check Food & Beverages before serving guests. - Serve Food & Beverages to guests. - Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients & cooking methods. - Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dinning. + Perform cleaning duties for working area. + Perform Room Service process + Set up Food stations or set up dinning areas to prepare for next shift or for parties + Set up meeting room in Banquet event order + Cooperate with other departments to work effectively such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, Cashier.... + Report for Supervisor & handover for next work shift.
