• Making list of potential client and conduct surveys to identify client actively seeking a resort • Contact client via calls or arrange meeting to discover their needs and requirement • Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients highlighting the best feature and qualities of resort • Assisting clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specification and needs, Base on client’s needs, make quotation about Mice booking such as room rate, meeting package, event pricing. • Updating all information of Mice booking into Mice tracking sheet to follow up and take best care • Coordinate and organized the details of an event such as catering, lodging, seating and security. • Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business detail. • Do weekly report • Perform any other duties which maybe assigned by management from time to time. • Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking
Receiving, handling and converting meetings, events and group enquiries Planning events in conjunction with client Presenting and selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods Actively manage business bookings, record denials and make network referrals Encouraging repeat business through execellent customer service and inquiry handling
Presenting effective proposal Well organized documentation and report Paying visit to potential client to discuss for price quotation Customer service apply to former client Conduct site inspection Achieve sales objectives and goals set by Management Design promotional programmer Control the work on schedule effectively Ensure all accounts profile and all sales reports updated Daily sales briefing Track and analyses about social activities of customer and competitors
