What I do: - Prepare daily executive packet and report for supervisor, - Check discount, paid-outs and no sales/voids to ensure all payments were correct. - Reconcile telephone, Pay TV, minibar revenue, guest laundry income, corrections/rebates. - Manage the guest check, folios and documents for FO & FB. What I gain: - Excel skills. - Basic knowledge about the opperating flow in hospitality industry especially hotel.
What I do: - Prepare the documents for international money transfers and take care of contracts, subsidiary ledgers of clients. - Explore and analyze data of customer credit files. - Manage the crowd, process the customer's interactions to find the suitable products and services and keep customer interactions positive. What I gain: - "Read" customer experience, be more patient when communicating with customers - Gain knowledge about commercial bank products and the process of international transfer (Swift, Western Union) - Improve communication skill
