- Plan & execute casino marketing programmes, campaigns, promotions & events. - Ensure smooth execution of all promotional plans, control of promotional budgets & achievement of business expectation & goals det by management. - Draft programme outlines, terms & conditions, contracts. - Prepare budget of all promotional programmes for management approval. - Monitor the launch & execute of promotion programmes with operation teams to ensure all procedures & policies are implemented as planned. - Source & liaise (from time to time) key external agencies to support promotional programmes, ensure cost effectiveness & good relationships are established with key support agencies. - Coordinate all voucher requisition. - Coordinate internally & externally to ensure all supply, visual & promotional display for promotions & events are well prepared & delivered on time. - Ensure strict adherence to the company’s data security & privacy policy through rigorous compliance to all regulatory & internal controls via the adoption of best practice strategies, standards, policies & procedures for such. - Keep track of existing products/services & progress on new initiatives.
- Practice in different departments such as: reception, restaurant, kitchen, rooms division, and events. - Work with reports, invoices from F&B department and laundry of hotel. - Work with labor contract of all employees from hotel. - Practice with General Manager Position of managing hotel. - Work with online invoices of hotelbeds. - Manage online booking of booking.com, hotelbeds, etc.
- Plan, execute and monitor strategic marketing plans, both short and long range, to achieve company objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share. - Statistically analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions. - Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs to management team. - Cooperate and coordinate activities such as events, promotions and Guest Service training for all company team members with other managers to insure a cohesive interdepartmental team relationship. - Minimum Guest Service Standards, Player Development and on-floor guest relations. - Prepare marketing activity reports and present to executive management. - Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the Casino and its products or services. - Create and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. - Research database information to identify customer demographics and interests; consults with management on methods of targeting, developing and informing customers of upcoming hotel/casino --events; purchase external lists to attract and retain low-end casino customers. - Maintain and update customer database continually ensuring the highest level of data integrity, including measurement systems; maintain confidentiality of database and files. - Responsible for marketing to predetermine active and inactive Guests by mail and phone to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the casino and reports results of each. - Assist in the development of incentive programs, host goals, special events and marketing programs. - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - Manage social media system such as: Facebook, customer’s email & phone number to ensure smoothly information to customers. - Design some urgent tasks for promotion as tickets, banners, advertising…
- Plan, propose and execute A&P campaign for all Parkson stores according to shopping season and sales strategies - Propose & manage creative & production works as well as media plan together with agencies. - Follow-up and manage all related tasks to ensure the effectiveness of each campaign. - Deal with agencies (events, printing, mailing express, SMS…) to execute supporting activities during promotional programs. - Manage and allocate the spending within budget. - Brief to all stores to implement the campaign. - Cooperate with other departments such as: Buyers, Accounting, Admin, Visual Merchandising… to develop promotional plans and execute related jobs.
