- Report to General Manager - Provide the leadership and strategic direction including creating and implementing best practices that support brand strategy. - Build up and execute budget, guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction. - Manage the hotel activities of recruitment, training, payroll, legal compliance and benefits: SHUI, PIT, employee relations. - Manage the performance evaluation review, staff satisfaction process and be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance - Be an example of ibis brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines HR work.
- Report to General Manager - HR function o Build up the annual recruitment plan according to the demand of Representative Office. o Provide orientation training for newcomers. o Internal PR (Planning, organizing and conducting for Company Inside (team building, workshop, team activities: birthday, dinner…) to motivate and encourage the staffs. o Build up working procedure and paper works to comply with holding company especially in financial document for Tax and Government requisition. o Build up budget for HR, build up the salary scales, regularly appraisal for staff. - Administration function o In charge of administration tasks and legal issues of Representative Office. o Do the coordinating work with Holding Company for office operation, especially sales operation. o Managing annual budget and expense o Dealing with related departments to complete the requisition of General Director.
- HR function o Monitoring on the HR budget and reviewing the recruitment plan. o Monitoring the work with Authority for the Hotel operation checking. - Management assistance function o Annual budget plan monitoring in operation and loan. o Understanding and following up the work scope, responsibility, benefit and legal document with Hospitality Management Company as the Owner. o Work with Holding company for legal document and all of Government report as the Subsidiary. o Take part in planning the working schedule and follow-up with related contractors/ consultants to catch up the project schedule in construction time. o Work with Auditors in part of financial for project in Loan relation and Construction progress as well as the Property Evaluating. o Provide proposal and leasing contract for office leasing, hotel operation in HCMC, especially in District 7. o Work as Interpreter for GD in meetings and conferences. o Do the translating job for Commercial contract and others related document as request of GD. o In charge of work for Operation License and work with Authority for Hotel and Residence operation- Construction Ownership Certificate; Star rating; Food and Hygiene; Security License; and personal license of GD: Resident Card, Work Permit, and Insurance…
