- Team leader: Observe and manage staff on floor to make sure the highest standard of restaurant. Handle complaints and resolve then report directly to Supervisor/Assistant Manager. - Hostess: Welcome, seat and present the menu to the guest. Monitor the guest waiting list, explain the special “no-booking” policy when needed and ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. - Cashier: take payments from server and ensure price is correct by using POS system. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shift, report revenue to Restaurant Manager. Support bartender make drink in rush hour. - Server: Ensure optimal guest experience by seating guests, taking orders, serving dishes and removing dinnerware promptly with a positive attitude.
