• Applies all employees personal hygiene, safe, clean and pleasant working environment. • Makes sure the menus and table set ups are up to the standards. • Organizes the stock and equipment order for the bar, restaurant operations and dry stores. • Communicates, coordinates with the outlet chef and other division. • Builds relationships through guest interaction. • Sharing food & beverage knowledge to the staff. • Takes over the Assistant Outlet Manager’s duties and responsibilities in his absence. • Assists in handling guest complaints to recover guest satisfaction. • Assists cashier to opening & closing the bills in during shift.
• Get adapt with Opera system to check & see guest report. • Support Butler for Check in, check out guest at Club lounge & escort guest to the lobby. • Support Club page to serving breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktail to the gest. • Deliver private service to guest rooms as a bulter. • Support to bartending coffee, cocktail, mocktail. • Communicate & recommend to guest for destination, tour, local foods “in the know” • Check all the hygiene form to make sure all are in the lounge are meet standard.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses, miss-en-place. • Present menu and provide detailed information to guest, recommendation for day’s special. • Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. • Take food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software. • Up-selling & suggestive selling product. • Describe and recommend wines to customers. • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and report any problems. • Assist hostess by answering phones to take reservations or togo orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
