• Medical cases assistance, such as: Medical information assistance (condition, hospital expense...) of patient during stay at the hospitals/clinics…. • Services arrangement based on the requests of the company, such as: Pay for hospital fee, hotel booking, and car booking, cash advance, ticket… • Unofficial translation of medical paper, medical files… • Other tasks required by the company.
• Book services on confirmed tour program, such as: tour guide, hotel booking, car booking, ticket… • Customer care during the tour. • Respond to customer feedback on and after the tour. • Reconfirm the reserved services before the date of using service. • Cash advance for guides on director's approval. • Collect tickets and questionnaire letter. • Ask accounting department to make full payment for guide.
Airport representative duties: • Tours without guides: Pick up tourists on arrival at the airport & hand over them to drivers. Tours with guides: Assist guides in picking up tourists if guides and drivers are not at the airport by the time of the flight arrival. • During the time at the airport, keep guides & drivers up to date on any changes to flight information (delay, cancel…). • Check if the drivers & guides are on time for the pick-up, as well as uniform required for each international agent. • Make a daily report to Inbound team leader. Tour operator duties: • Develop products for the tourists in terms of activities and services that would make their trip more fun and memorable. • Confirm customer names with airlines/hotels. • Choose guides for the tour based on requests of the agents or their ability. • Update tour information on VMT system. • Customer care during the tour. • Collect, evaluate and respond to customer feedback.
Welcome and transfer the tourists to the boat Jewel of the Bay (Halong), also be responsible for all activities in the boat to run smoothly. Guiding tourists to landscapes stated in the tour, for tours without guides.
• Make a good preparation before tour starting & welcome guests to Lao Cai station & Sapa. • Guiding tourists to some tourist sites. • Inform operation team when something unusual happens in the tour.
• Welcome guests to stay in hotel and make Check-in and Check-out procedures. • Handle guest's requirements and complaints. • Report to FO Supervisor and FO Manager about all the operations of Front Office. • Be responsible for the preparation of Restaurant booking. • Transfer calls to direct departments as required. • Update tourist information on Fidelio system. • Arrange tours to visit landscapes on guest requests.
