- To handle customer’s queries. - To process all transactions in regards to the cashier. - To oversee the shop and the operations. Experience Gained: - During my time at Benri Gift Store I have come across many different types of customers and I have learnt how to handle each and every one of them. Through handling many customers, my command of English and also my communication skills have improved. Also with different customers I have learnt to cater to them by adjusting the way I serve them in accordance to their needs.
-To increase store sales. - To tend to walk in customers and assist them in what they are looking for. Experience Gained: - Through working at Jullet Shop, I have learnt how retail sales work. Not only do I have to provide customer service to the customers but there is also an element of selling involved which I picked up on the job. Some of the examples of selling would be cross selling and up selling to customers to maximize the sales of the store.
Responsibilities : - To tend to all the needs of the customers and their tables. -To assist in the set up of the different events. - To provide the best service possible for all the events. Experience Gained: - I have learnt a lot through working at Shisho Group and even though I was only just a waitress there, through the many events that were held I have gained many experiences in dealing with the different events (UBS bank buffet, Guest House Buffet for Chinese New Celebration, Prudential Singapore Party in MBS). With the experiences gained I can say that I have a better understanding of what to do if I am required to do it again in the future which will definitely provide a better experience and level of service for the customers.

Experience Gained : - During my time at Capella Hotel Singapore, I have learnt a lot as this is my very first job. It was truly an experience, learning the many things needed to provide good service and how to create top notch experiences for customers. There are many things to take note of in the F&B industry and I have learnt the basics of it, such as how to wait on a table and what and when to do certain things in a F&B setting. Also I have learnt how to set up and serve for a variety of weddings, such as Chinese weddings, Western weddings and also Indian weddings.
