- Greetings and building up relationships to residents. - Guide residents to register all kinds of documents and explain their questions in the residential building. - Look after the lobby which are appointed by Supervisor so that it could be clean and fresh in standard. - Update every new informations when annoucements come up. - Solve many problems involving in the building’s facilities, service and regulations. - Manage and supervise the number of residents, visitors, cars/ bikes parking, residents’ cards in the building. - Collect all the fees defined the service for residents each month.
