- Keeping and maintaining all data related to front desk on daily basis. - Arrange interview schedules for section head. - Greet and welcome candidates coming for interviews. - Addressing day to day queries of the employees related to office administration. - Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels or for any office requirement. - Identifying vendors for office administration requirement. - Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to the respective team. - Monitor office supplies, stationary, devices. - Raise purchase request and follow up with suppliers for their orders. - Organizing events & taking care necessary things required for departmental event. - Keep updated records and files. - Repair and maintenance of office assets as per requirement. - Manage documents related administrative procedures with police station for immigration management. - Monitor and maintaining office expenses and costs data. - Keep track and assign shift of team members on Cadena and Mytime system. - Take up and follow-up actions with other duties as assigned.
