• Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they are warmly greet. • Data entry onto internal system, check in, check out and payment for guest, make reservation. • Answering all incoming calls, email, request and complains from guest. • Introduce information service and sale tours, meals, interesting service of hotel. • Dealing with car, tour, restaurant request and so on from the guest.
