Purchasing Manager

Perform and deploy procurement master plan based on the approved budget from owning company. Purchase both OS&E and FF&E packages. Involve to most of the operation procurement fields including: office furniture, interior furniture, decoration, buggy carts, uniform, store shelving, mattresses and bed bases, fitness machines, coffee machines, entertainment and safety equipment,... Lead the team of 4 members including: Purchasing, Receiving and Warehouse. Manage the General Store and build par-stock inventory level as approved numbers. Directly work with oversea suppliers to process the orders, contract, importing paperwork, delivery and quality control. Work with construction team, project team and hotel operation team to ensure all the ordered items to be delivered on time with hand-over schedule. Create the master supplier database. Perform contract execution with all suppliers including: Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Landscaping, Pest control, Event and outdoor services, IT services, Staff insurance, .... Consult and set up database for MC system. Verify and guarantee that all documentation and proper quotations are maintained and filed according to SOP requirements. Oversee the hotel activity and operations during the pre-opening and grand-opening stage. Interview and hire staff and perform staff training for MC system as well as SOP compliance.
