▪ Mainly working for Banquet when there’s banquets or meetings. ( Other jobs will be assigned by my Manager ) ▪ Chinese restaurant opens A La Carte & sell dimsum buffet only in the weekend. (If there’s no meetings or banquets , I will have to work for Chinese restaurant) ▪ Attending “HOD MEETING” (head of department meeting) & montly meeting of F&B dept. ▪ In charge the whole shift on every Sunday (due to manager & supervisor only work from Monday to Saturday). ▪ Doing report as assigned by Manager & Other jobs will be assigned by Manager.
• Ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. • Maintaining SOP for quality. • Responsible for guiding staffs in the performance of their jobs. • Other jobs will be assigned by Managers as needed.
