Set up - operate whole Recreation areas : 16 villas pools with 4 biggest Main pools, 1 Gym center, 1 Kid City, 1 Kid outdoor play ground 2, Beach areas 9 km length ...... The number of Recreational staff is 30 staff include: 3 supervisors, 3 leaders, 1 secretary, 23 staff • Do the main tasks as: lead and manage department, develop personnel, training SOP working knowledge and process, paper works, create Recreational activities, promotion and marketing advertising packages to sell, manage asset and make list of FF&E, OS&E list equipment and tool for purchasing, create regulation of outlets, P&L controlling cost and revenue, make report scientifically, recruitment, assign personnel, and legal procedure….

Recreation Manager

• Set up - operate whole Recreation areas in period of pre- opening time with lager property: 106 pools with 1 biggest Luxury Hotel Main Salt pool 5200m3, 5 medium Main pools in Luxury Resort, Grand Hotel from 700-1000m3 and 100 small Villas pools 200m3, 3 Gym center, 1 Kid City being larger than 400m2, 1 Kid outdoor play ground 300m2, Ferris Lux Wheel park 700m2, 3 Tennis courts 600m2, 1 Children Game room 250m2, 1 Color wall room 200m2 for adult, 4 Big lawns for renting or organizing teambuilding, Visiting tour service, 1 Garden Bird 500m2, 1 Football court 900m2, Bicycles service, 1 Play bow & arrows areas, Fishing, 1 Volleyball court, 1 Basketball court, 1 Badminton court, Water sports activities like: Jet ski, Kayak, Banana boat..., Beach areas 10 km length ...... • FLC SAM SON property size is more than 2500 ha with 3 parts of areas: Luxury Hotel, Luxury Resort, Grand Hotel, so the work quantity is pretty much, number of Recreational staff in high season time can reach to 102 staff include: 12 supervisors, 4 leaders, 1 secretary, 1 Accountant, 83 staff • Do the main tasks as: lead and manage department, develop personnel, training SOP working knowledge and process, paper works, create Recreational activities, promotion and marketing advertising packages to sell, manage asset and make list of FF&E, OS&E list equipment and tool for purchasing, create regulation of outlets, P&L controlling cost and revenue, make report scientifically, recruitment, assign personnel, and legal procedure….

Activities Manager

• Manage; operate: 2 Big main Pools 1000m3, 1 Gym center, 1 Kid club, Teambuilding activities, 1 Spa 400m2 with 30 therapeutically rooms, 2 Tennis courts, Visiting tour service, 1 Souvenir gift shop 200m2 with variety of goods, Beach area 2 km length…. • Monitor, assign work to 1 secretary, 3 supervisor, 40 staff. • Training SOP working process to staff • Do report and related document to higher manager • Direct teaching guest: Yoga, Aerobics, Aqua aerobics, Tai-chi • Create promotion packages and advertise to raise revenue • Assist Recreation Director to manage and operate others work

Assistant Recreation Manager cum Kids Club Manager

• Manage; operate the new Kid club 300m2 • Monitor, assign work to 5 kid attendant and 1 supervisor • Set up - operate the Kid Club in period of pre-opening • Make all plan of initially Grand Opening Kid Club: FF&E list, OS&E list equipment and tool, recruiting interviewing personnel, create activities and games, daily Kid activities, SOP working process and related working document form… • Assist Recreation Manager to manage and operate others work

Activity Attendant

• Present a professional appearance and attitudes at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service • Provide a safety environment for customers • Set up, pack up, and proactively provide supervision and assistance to customers each day • Do tasks as a Senior staff of a large size Recreation department areas which as: 2 Big main pools 700m3, Activities and Games, 1 Soar Gym room, 4 Tennis courts, Visiting tour service, Water sports, 1 Kid planet Trekkers , Beach area 4 km length... to expand working knowledge • Join in training classes and courses which issued the related certificate for recreational work

Kids Club Attendant

• Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid’s Club area and ensures child remains in designated area • Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs • Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities • Create new and helpful activities Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy • Be acting at Team leader position of the Kid Camp Hyatt indoor and outdoor playground which area more than 600m2 • Assist to train working process to new staff
