- Responsible for the Front Desk day to day operation and delegate task for the efficient and. smooth running of the Front Desk - Supervise the Front Desk personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate to ensure maximum revenue by up selling skill - Ensure that standard operating procedures for check in check out and room change properly implemented by the entire Front Desk team - Frequently inspect cleanliness and orderliness of the Front Desk and regularly check the availability of stationery required by the Front Desk - Ensure that guests depart from the hotel with a positive impression from the Front Desk - Always keeps high standard of behaviour and appearance - Attends to guest complaint, inquiries and request when necessary referring them to GM - Be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to room’s revenue and advise staff concerned to adhere to the in daily operations - Set up a regular staff meeting at least twice a month.
