Responsible for all areas of the food & beverage operations. • Ensure kitchen, restaurant, and bar operations are opened and closed according to policy. • Responsible for food hygiene, and health and safety issues. • Responsible to assist in menu planning, development and meal special. • Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
Manage and plan short-term and long-term operation strategies for both front and back of house of Food & Beverage Department • Responsible for budget and marketing planning in cooperation with F&B Director • Responsible for hiring & training employees for F&B Department • In charge of employees’ performance management and salary reviews • Resolve the customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. • Maintain Majestic standards of service and ensure their implementation. • Oversee all the training activities of the Food & Beverage department. • Carry out daily inspection for all F&B outlets to ensure that all operation policies & procedure, standards of quality and service are adhered to. • Assist with menu planning and pricing. • Participate and provide input towards F&B Marketing activities. • In charge of the VIP team to host important events, e.g. Gala Dinner for Prime Minister of Russian, Prince of Norway, President of Vietnam.
