- Pre-opening stage head of F&B department - Setting up F&B outlets and concepts, outlets' identity - Buildingoperatingprocedures for all positions - Building beverage concepts and wine list - Building manning guides, taking part in recruiting and building training plan for team members - Working with Sales and Marketing team to build F&B marketing plan and grand opening promotion campaign - Establish relationship with suppliers and business partners
