- Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. - Dealing with late arrivals and assisting with early check-in. - Check out departing guests using the hotel’s accounting system. - Taking payment from guests in the form of cash or credit cards - Answering telephone inquiries promptly & professionally & transferring calls on. -Being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries about the treatments and the exercise - Operating switchboard and directing calls appropriately. - Dealing with and resolving customer complaints. - Keeping up to date on all fitness and treatments products, services, pricing & promotional offers. - Introducing products and services of international quality 5 stars to customers in and outside the hotel. - Completing the night auditing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. - Provide information and literature about the Spa & Fitness in person and via telephone. - Ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed in order for a smooth handover at the end of your shift.
- Sell goods for Foreigners and Vietnamese at the Office about the Inbound and Outbound tours, hotels , rent cars, taxi, sim card , exchange money , bus/airlines ticket,..... - Find the potential customers for the company to promotion about the Tourist Information - Tour guide - Advertise products on media publications such as: banner, posters,leaflets,good at promotion.... - Make reports of sales every day. - Looked after the office when the boss is away **Achievements and skills gained: - Be assessed positively by the offce’s boss: active, extremely adaptable... - Observe, learn and catch customers’ taste well.- Very Good at Speaking English
