- Responsible all the jobs in the purchasing field for all the project belong to Sungroup in Phu Quoc like JW Mariott, Premier Residence, Premiere Village, Hon Thom cable... - Follow all the POs from the projects to make sure that delivery on time. - Research new supplier, build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers. - Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided; - Recognition and gains: main responsibility for all the food for Indian wedding at JW Marriott resort on 3/2019; Team leader for all the purchase activities of all the projects belongs to Sungroup.
Responsible for buying the best quality equipment, goods and services, at the most competitive prices - Research new supplier, build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers - Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality. - Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided; - Work with Accountant team to process the payment. - Manage, control and organize the stock - Recognition and gains: contribute to the 15% decrease of the goods cost in 2017.
Be a bridge or sometimes a filter between our team & client / partner. Not only receiving information but also analyzing data to hold the control and get rid of the risk as much as possible. Build the friendship, partnership and keep them warm so that we’re the face of BizzOn whenever they’re good or bad. Listening to our client kindly to know what they want and find the solution to reach the best result. Control our own project budget.
Working in the international resort group to learn about their service and challenge myself in the guest service knowledge.
- Ensure that everything is in order before guests arrive, reviewing the guest list to check special requirements, greeting guests and providing information on facilities. - Communicate with guest villa attendants, housekeeping and other front office sections to ensure all guest requests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner before and after guests’ arrival. - Provide proactive and personalized service to each and every guest. - Take ownership and leadership of all guest villa assigned to me including supervising, directing, assisting and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villa. - Up selling the resort service to make more revenue for the company. - In charge of the Telephone Operator when the company need. - Train junior butlers
Complete all assigned tasks. Good relationship with all the partner, vendors.
