This was a part of our project, which was assigned by my lecturer and school. i was assigned to be housekeeping and supposed to work in Bencoolen Hotel for 16 hours. during emmersion period, i had chances to learn how to do housekeeping and learn about this hotel operation. it was a great time to me, i can learn too much things from hotel's staff, which i have never known.
