As a supervisor, I was in charge of: - Overseeing all front and back of the restaurant operations - Updating daily menu for other supervisors, maintain their connection to kitchen team - Assessing other supervisors and waiters/waitress performance monthly - Handling customer complaints in my specific area of power - Looking for new ways to reduce inputs - Training newbies in the firm - Checking attendances - Serving and doing cleaning whenever there is limited human resources After more than half of a year working for the firm, I learned and developed dozens of skills: communication, problem-solving, time management. The most valuable thing I achieved was that I perceived myself as belong to hospitality. However, to shortening my university life, I had to end up pathway within MAPA to go to Hochiminh City and had double rates of courses.
