✓ Implement all Reservations related activities on Pre-Opening period ✓ Directly manages online travel agencies which is B2B and B2C module sale , fully implement, control and manage the operating system, configure room type, rate code,. on PMS and OTA extranet. ✓ Develop relationship and maintaining excellence in customer service with partner. ✓ Create the annual E-Commerce Action Plan outlining the activities planned to awareness new local brand with 5 stars standard and increase the online production.
✓ Responsible for maximizing revenue potential of market through sourcing of deals and effectively market on specific opportunities ✓ Implementing new structure of deals on OTA extranet and Channel Manager, Opera, GDS system and maintain the competitive rate and availability for all OTA channel ✓ Negotiating commission level & deals, finalizing the contract with supplier (OTA, Affiliate marketing, Groupon...) ✓ Develop relationship and maintaining excellence in customer service with partner.
